PaceArc는 사용자가 허용한 경우 Apple HealthKit에서 수면 분석, 운동, 활동 에너지, 운동 시간, 걸음 수, 걷기·달리기 거리, 심박 변이도(HRV), 안정시 심박수와 운동 심박 통계를 읽습니다.
PaceArc 앱은 계정을 만들지 않으며 이름, 이메일 주소, 연락처, 정확한 위치 또는 광고 식별자를 요청하지 않습니다. 결제는 Apple이 처리하며 Double J Studio는 사용자의 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
사용자가 지원 문의를 이메일로 보내는 경우 Double J Studio는 문의에 답변하기 위해 발신 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 사용자가 자발적으로 제공한 앱·iOS 버전과 첨부파일을 처리합니다. 민감한 건강 기록이나 HealthKit 원본 파일은 보내지 마세요.
2. 이용 목적과 처리 방식
허용된 HealthKit 정보는 Today 요약, 수면 단계, 회복 신호, 추세와 운동 내역 같은 개인 웰니스 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용자의 기기에서 처리됩니다. PaceArc는 의료 진단, 치료 또는 응급 판단을 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 저장, 전송과 공유
원본 HealthKit 샘플은 Apple Health가 관리합니다. PaceArc는 앱 설정과 계산된 요약만 사용자의 기기에 저장합니다.
현재 버전은 HealthKit 정보나 로컬 요약을 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않으며 제3자 광고·분석 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 건강 정보를 광고, 마케팅, 데이터 마이닝 또는 판매에 사용하거나 제3자에게 공유하지 않습니다.
이 공개 웹사이트는 Cloudflare Pages에서 제공됩니다. 사이트 전송과 보안을 위해 Cloudflare가 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 정보와 요청 로그 같은 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Double J Studio는 이 사이트에 광고, 추적 쿠키 또는 별도 분석 스크립트를 추가하지 않았습니다. 자세한 내용은 Cloudflare Privacy Policy를 확인하세요.
4. 보관, 삭제와 동의 철회
로컬 요약과 설정은 사용자가 PaceArc 설정에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남습니다. PaceArc의 로컬 데이터 삭제는 Apple Health의 원본 기록을 삭제하지 않습니다.
HealthKit 접근 권한은 iPhone 시스템 설정 또는 건강 앱에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
지원 이메일과 사용자가 자발적으로 보낸 정보는 문의 해결, 후속 대응과 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 법적으로 보관해야 하는 경우를 제외하고 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 웹사이트 기술 정보는 Cloudflare의 적용 가능한 보관 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
5. 구독
PaceArc Pro의 거래, 갱신, 환불과 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리합니다. 앱은 Pro 기능 제공 여부를 확인하기 위해 Apple이 서명한 StoreKit 거래 자격만 확인합니다.
6. 아동과 방침 변경
PaceArc는 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며 아동의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 서버, 분석 SDK 또는 새로운 데이터 사용을 도입하기 전에 이 방침과 App Store 개인정보 답변을 갱신합니다.

1. Information PaceArc processes
With your permission, PaceArc reads sleep analysis, workouts, active energy, exercise time, steps, walking and running distance, heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and workout heart-rate statistics from Apple HealthKit.
The PaceArc app does not create an account or request your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifier. Apple processes purchases, and Double J Studio does not receive your payment-method information.
If you send a support request by email, Double J Studio processes the sender email address, message, app or iOS version, and any attachment you voluntarily provide so we can respond. Do not email sensitive health records or raw HealthKit exports.
2. Purpose and processing
Permitted HealthKit information is processed on your device to provide personal wellness features such as Today summaries, sleep stages, recovery signals, trends, and workout history. PaceArc does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.
3. Storage, transmission, and sharing
Apple Health remains the source of truth for raw HealthKit samples. PaceArc stores only app settings and calculated summaries on your device. The current version does not transmit HealthKit information or local summaries to a developer server and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not use or share health information for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sale.
This public website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Double J Studio has not added advertising, tracking cookies, or separate analytics scripts to this site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.
4. Retention, deletion, and consent
Local summaries and settings remain on your device until you delete them in PaceArc Settings or delete the app. Deleting PaceArc’s local data does not delete records in Apple Health. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iPhone system settings or the Health app.
Support emails and information you voluntarily provide are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, provide reasonable follow-up, and meet legal obligations, then deleted. Unless retention is legally required, you may request deletion using the contact below. Website technical information is handled according to Cloudflare’s applicable retention policies.
5. Subscriptions
Apple processes PaceArc Pro subscription transactions, renewals, refunds, and payment information. The app checks Apple-signed StoreKit transaction entitlements only to determine whether Pro features should be available.
6. Children and changes
PaceArc is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect children’s information. We will update this policy and our App Store privacy answers before adding a server, analytics SDK, or new data use.
